William "Toby" Jefferey Page, 71 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022. He was born in Quantico, VA to the late, William Lester and "Mickey" Caroline Standafer Page. "Toby" was a lover of music and old movies. He loved his daughter, granddaughter and his dog, Chaney Boy. "Toby" is survived by his daughter, Linzi Page of Greenville, NC; his granddaughter, Maleigh Page of Greenville, NC; his sister, Grace Hall of Fayetteville, NC; his brother, Randy Page and his wife, Sarah of Cary, NC; his nephew, Chad Hall; his niece Jana Page and his nephew, Jordan Page.
