William Jacob Moyer, Jr. 85 of Jackson, North Carolina passed away on December 31, 2024.

He was born in Cumberland, Maryland on August 25, 1939 to the late William Jacob Moyer, Sr. and Genevieve Shipley Moyer.

William is survived by his wife, Carole H. Moyer; his sons, William Moyer and his wife, Lisa of College Park, Maryland, David Moyer and his wife, Lorie of Mount Savage, Maryland; his step son, Eddie Marriner and his wife, Paula of Jackson, North Carolina; his step daughter, Jackie Morris and her husband, Jim of Murrell's Inlet, South Carolina; his grandchildren, Sarah (Richard) Ceresa of College Park, Maryland, Matthew (Shelia) Moyer of Bovard, Pennsylvania and Jennifer Moyer of Mount Savage, Maryland; his step grandchildren, Heather Russell, Brittany Wilson, and Eddie Marriner, IV, Bryan Paugh,; his sister, Patricia Rice of Cumberland, Maryland; his step great grandchildren, Luke Wilson, Jack Marriner, Libby Russell, William Russell,  and Charlotte Marriner.

He was a member of Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, North Carolina. He loved woodworking, NASCAR racing, boating, and sports.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 1:00PM in Jackson Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Godwin officiating.
