Phyllis Vaughan-Clark, 58, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024. She is the daughter of Judy Price Vaughan and the late David Vaughan. She is preceded in death by her brother, David Vaughan, II and her two cousins, William and Jason Vaughan.

Phyllis drove trucks for over twenty years before ending her driving career to stay home and care for her father. She enjoyed the peace and easy times fishing, she also enjoyed showing up for all her grandson's school and sporting events.

Her memory will live in the hearts of her husband, Tony Clark of the home; daughter, Jessica Jones and grandson, Jacob Byrum both of Roanoke Rapids; stepson, Anthony Clark of Charlotte; her mother, Judy Vaughan; sister, Cindy Hall of Ahoskie; and faithful canine companion, "Smoke"; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, along with many many friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Good News Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy King officiating.

Interment will follow in Jackson Cemetery.
