Seaboard NC- Norfleet Russell White, 95 of 429 Peanut Market Road, Seaboard, NC died Saturday, May 2, 2020 at his home. He was a life long member of Seaboard Baptist Church. Mr. White was retired from Union Camp Corporation as a maintenance electrician. He was also co- owner of R.L. White Electric Mr. White Honorably served his country during World War II with the 29th Infantry Division in Europe. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Russell White, Claudia Barrett White, his wife Sarah Lee Hasty White, a sister, Bonnie Gall, brothers, Winston White and John White. He is survived by his son, Russell Lee White and wife, Brenda, of Seaboard; grandsons, James Russell White and Lee Joyner White of Raleigh and one great-granddaughter, Barrett White of Raleigh. Due to circumstances with COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private celebration of life graveside service May 5, 2020 at 2pm with Rev. Randy Miller officiating.
