James "Jim" Haywood Liles, 44 of Myrtle Beach South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. He was born in 1977 in Halifax County, North Carolina and was preceded in death by his Father, Shelton Kelsey Liles and his brother Kelsey Liles. Jim especially loved family and spending time playing with his nephew, Nash. He was a 1995 graduate of Halifax Academy; was a great cook and enjoyed trying new foods. Most recently he worked with his high school friend, Phillip Harris with Quality Home Improvements in Surf Side Beach, South Carolina. Jim is survived by his mother, Margaret Parker Dickens and her husband, Nick of Halifax, North Carolina; his brother, Daniel Liles and his wife, Hillary of Winterville, North Carolina; his three nephews, Nash Liles, Nate and Ryan Lennergard; his step-sister, Leslie Lennergard and her husband, Anders of Brookfield, Wisconsin. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11am at Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery in Aurelian Springs with Rev. Randy Martin officiating.
