Grover Cleveland "G.C." Adkins, Jr 78, of Enfield died Friday December 10, 2021. "G.C." a native of Halifax County was the son of the late Grover Cleveland Adkins, Sr. and Imogene Bradley Adkins. He was a life long farmer and was the owner of Ringwood Mart. Surviving is his wife, Janice Hathaway Adkins; his daughter Christy Forsht and her husband Bo of Roanoke Rapids; his son Andy Adkins and his wife, Lisa of Enfield; three granddaughters, Emily Adkins, Holly Forsht and Kate Forsht. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday December 15, 2021 at 2 pm in Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield with Rev. Bruce Smith officiating.
