Grady Nicholas "Nicky" Martin, age 77 of Conway, passed away on Monday March 11, 2024.

He was the son of the late Grady Lewis Martin and Virginia Barnes Martin. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Frances Martin.

Nicky retired from Northampton County Adult Probation. He served as Interim Pastor for several churches in the area for several years. He was a member of Lasker Baptist Church.

He began his college career at Chowan College where he earned his Associates in Liberal Arts in 1967. In 1969 he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Campbell College and then in 1973, graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Conway Cemetery in Conway, NC with Rev. Ricky Barnes officiating.
