Glenda Odom Draper, 72, passed away surrounded by her family, on July 3, 2024. She was born August 4, 1952 in Nash County to Iona Smith Bundy. She is preceded in death by her sister Patsy Agoglia and precious grandchild Dakota Draper.

Left to cherish her memory her mother Iona Smith Bundy, her husband of 51 years, Bobby Draper of the home, Son, Robert, and Melissa Draper; Daughter, Robin Draper; Grand children Jacob and Shelly Draper, Dillion and Harley Draper, Brent and Hayley Draper, Carter Handley (Brianna McPherson), Bryson Johnson (Kylie Blake); Great-Grandchildren Tripp Draper and Waylan Draper, along with nieces and nephews; Heather and Chad Kinney, Greg and Cindy Agoglia, Jimmy Ray Bundy, and Cody Bundy. Her Brother Jimmy and Annette Bundy, along with a host of great nieces and nephews. A much beloved four-legged child Darla Draper her dog.

Glenda was a CNA for many, many years, a perfect career for her. A life spent doing for others, caring for others need with kind word or simply being there, always willing to babysit and share her love of family and life with her little ones. The birthday call was a special and much-loved occurrence the singing of "Happy Birthday Monkey song" will carry a new meaning of love for the family. A faithful and active member of Galatia Baptist Church family.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 6-8:00pm at Askew Funeral Service Jackson Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at Galatia Baptist Church,  3:00 PM, Sunday, July 7, 2024 with Pastor Justin Rose officiating. Interment will follow the service at Conway Cemetery, Conway North Carolina.
