Franklin Delano Roosevelt "FD" Hubbard 81, of Littleton, NC passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024.

FD was born in Northampton County to the late Robert Joseph Hubbard, Sr. and Lucille Porch Hubbard. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Gertrude Bennett, Pauline Sanderford, Barbara Floyd and his brother, Robert Joseph Hubbard, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Gwen Cullom Hubbard, his daughter, Laura Hubbard Long and her husband, Bobby of Raleigh, his grandson, Jaxson Long, his brother, Tommy Hubbard and his wife, Camille of Gaston, his sister-in-law, Edith C. Jenkins and his brother-in-law, Davis Cullom and his wife, Alice of Roanoke Rapids.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids with Rev. Dennis Joyner officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 9, 2024 at Askew Funeral and Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids from 6-7:30 PM.
