Frances Flowers Cobb, 93 of Halifax NC, passed away on March 16, 2025.

She was born on January 25, 1932 to the late Robert and Minnie Flowers and was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Roy David Cobb, Sr., her sister, Lucy Holton and brother, Rodney Flowers.

She is survived by her daughters, Elaine Hancock of Raleigh, Beverly Kirkman of Halifax, Susan Kearns (Eddie) of Lexington NC, and son, David Cobb (Debbie) of Princeton NC. Also left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Megan Walker (Charles), Whitney Schible (Austin), Michelle Woodel (Brad), Andrew Cobb (Lauren), Leanne Kearns (Daniel), Nicholas Cobb (Uyen), April Kearns (Kendall), and her great-grandchildren, Kyle and Hunter Walker, Gage and Aubrey Woodel, Jack and Jake May, Milo Lavana, and Luka Cobb, along with many loving and much-loved nieces and nephews.

Frances was a member of Halifax United Methodist Church.
