Eloise Haskins Foltz 70 of Roanoke Rapids died Friday November 6, 2020. Eloise was a native of Halifax County and was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Emma Lucille Hux Haskins. She lived for God and led as many people as she could to the Lord. She was an avid bowler and her eyeball was her grandson Cameron. Surviving is her husband David, her son Samuel Steven Wade and his wife, Carol; her grandson, Cameron Wade; step daughter, Toni Draper of Emporia, Va.; her sisters, Elizabeth H. "Deanie" Bradley and her husband, Robert of Halifax, Phyllis H. Davis and her husband, Robert and Billie H. Wynn and her husband, Pete both of Roanoke Rapids; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Thursday November 12th at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Askew Funeral and Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids with Pastor Jeremy Kobernat officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time at the Funeral Home.
