Denvel Eugene Harlow, 59 of Littleton, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025.

He was a native of Halifax County but lived in Raleigh for many years. Denvel is survived by his mother, Barbara Hux Braswell and was preceded in death by his father Ricky Eugene Harlow.

He is also survived by his sister, Angela Wright-Currin; his brother, Ricky Eugene Harlow, II, several nephews and one niece.

Denvel was a kind soul, who spent many years working in apartment maintenance and could fix almost anything. He enjoyed good food but had a special affinity for Peel-and-Eat Shrimp. He also enjoyed television, movies and was not ashamed to admit that he liked soap operas. He loved music as well, including AC/DC, Boston and especially his favorite, the Rolling Stones.

The family will have a private service and has requested their privacy at this time.
