David Lee Willey 71, of Roanoke Rapids passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

He was the son of the late Edgar Smallwood Willey and Bessie June Walton Willey. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Melinda Willey Hite and was member of Victory Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Leah Willey and their daughter, Daniela Willey.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon with Pastor Jeremy Kobernat officiating.
