Cleo Bernard Bailey, Jr. 52 of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at his home. He was born in Halifax County on December 30, 1968. Cleo had a seventeen-year journey in California and loved the beaches there, and loved Harley Davidsons, Tattoos, had a heart of gold, loved to garden and most of all loved his family. Cleo is survived by his sons, Trey Bailey and his wife, Megan of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and Ty Bailey LaPierre and his wife, Alexis of Oxnard, California; his mother, Geraldine "Jeri" Earley of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, his father, Cleo B. Bailey, Sr. and his wife, Louise of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; his grandchildren, Carmen Luxe Bailey and Adriana LaPierre; his sister, Sondra Livesay and her husband, Craig of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; his brother, Chris Bailey and his wife, Rhonda of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; his special nieces, Dana Benner and her husband, Ian, Bailey Leggett and her husband, Lee and Madison Bailey; his special great-niece, Harper Benner and many cousins and several Aunts and Uncles.
