Charles Dwight Winstead went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Petway, brother, Glenn Glover, Brother, Woody Glover; his mother-in-law, Charlotte Johnson. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn; his son, Jay Winstead and his wife, Pogie; his granddaughters, Carol Ann and Wendy and 1 great grandson; his sister, Brenda Bailey and her husband, Dennis of Spring Hope; his brothers Dale Glover and Gary Glover of Rocky Mount; his sisters-in-law Phyllis Glover of Rocky Mount and Barbara Delagama and her husband, Nick; his brother-in-law, Allan Dickens and his sister-in-law Diane Corvelle and her husband David; and his sister-in-law Robin and Robert Sangster. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 1pm in Old Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC with Rev. Andy Sloan officiating.
