Charles Lee Vaught, 51 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020. He was born in Harford County Maryland to the late, Charles Edward Vaught and Linda Jane Chew Vaught. Charles was a Police officer and worked many years in law-enforcement. He is survived by his fiancé Vickie Brezna of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; his daughters, Cynthia Forbes of Orlando, Florida, Linda Vaught of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Alexis Vaught of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; his two sons, Michael Tapia of Athens Georgia and Charlie Vaught of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. A Vigil will be held in the courtyard of the Halifax County Sheriff's office at 8pm on Monday, July 6, 2020.
