Charles Dennis Spence, 70, of Gaston died Sunday July 9, 2022. Dennis was born to the late Hill and Mary Belle Bennett Spence. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Judy Spence Hasty. He was a retired Carpenter. He is survived by his nephew, Josh Hasty of Greenville, his aunts, Bonnie Bowen of Lawrenceville, Va., and Shirley Bridgeman of Roanoke Rapids, cousins, Wallace "PeeWee" Kidd and his wife Linda of Gaston, Randy Bowen, Debra Harrison and James Bridgeman and several other family members. Dennis requested no services to be held.
