Charles Lee Carter, 41 of Roanoke Rapids, NC left this world surrounded by his family to join his Nanny, Grandpa and love of his life. He left behind his mom, Belinda Carter; his best friend and beloved brother, "Carter" Mike Carter both of Roanoke Rapids; his daughter, Ryan Chinn of Suffolk, VA and Confidant, Jeremy Currin of Roanoke Rapids, NC. Lee loved life and had a fascination for rocks of any size, any color and any kind he found. He found something special in everyone who was close by him. Our hearts will be comforted by remembering the sound of his laughter and the memories we all made with him. He will be forever in our hearts. "Diamonds were once rocks."
