Cecelia Louise Carver of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. She was born in Halifax County to the late Alonzo Bascom and Lula Kidd Carver and was preceded in death by her sister, Lois Ann Carver and her brothers, Allen Page Carver and Karl Dane Carver. Cecelia is survived by her brother, Ralph Carver of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her sister-in-law Jackie Carver of Chesapeake, VA; her Aunt, Ruby Carver of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her three nieces, Elizabeth Carver Daniel and her husband Charley of Pleasant Hill, NC, Julie Carver Hutchins and her husband, Paul of Chesapeake, VA, and Michelle Carver Garrett and her husband, Paul of Chesapeake, VA and several great nieces and nephews as well. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC with Rev. Randy Martin officiating.
