Candace Laray Nichols-Driver, 55 of Conway, North Carolina passed away on February 20, 2023.

She was born in Hollywood, Florida on January 26, 1968 to the late William and Maybelle Nichols and was preceded in death by her step-father, Johnny Shingleton, Sr. and her brothers, Clifton Nichols and Norwood Nichols.

Candace is survived by her husband, of thirty-three years, Kenneth Driver; her children, Dustin Driver, Shannon Long, Nichole Kafton, Rebecca Driver and Kenneth Wayne Driver, Jr.; her sisters, Lisa Shingleton, Tammy Epps and Faye Sauls; and her brother, Johnny Wayne Shingleton.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Askew Funeral Service-Jackson Chapel in Jackson, North Carolina at 6:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2023.

The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
