Benjamin " Benji" Lloyd Flythe, 35 of Woodland, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
He was born on May 30, 1989 in Pitt County to the late Ronnie Lee Flythe and Lisa Green Flythe.
Benjamin was a dedicated family man who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He was the loving brother of W.L. Cannon (Ashley) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, and Jenny Cooper (Jody) of Columbia, NC. He also leaves behind a close cousin, Lee Owens and his two children of Lewiston, NC, as well as three nephews and one niece who adored him.
Benjamin had a deep love for his daughter, Sophia, and his wife, Tiffany. He cherished his family and pets, finding joy in every moment spent together. An avid car enthusiast, he enjoyed working on vehicles and playing video games, often while sharing laughter with his loved ones. He especially treasured the time spent helping Sophia with her schooling, fostering a strong bond through their shared experiences.
The family will receive friends at Askew Funeral and Cremation Services, Jackson, NC from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, February 28, 2025, followed by a graveside memorial service to honor Benjamin's life at The Town of Conway Cemetery at
1:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate his memory and share stories of the impact he had on their lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to them to help with funeral expenses. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
Benjamin will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
